In fact, there are many policy areas for governments to spend taxes such as education, social security, health, housing, social
service, infrastructure, and cultural activities. The preferences of people depending on their characteristics (gender, race, ethnicity, etc.) may vary among these areas of social policies. Apart from these differences, there are significant variations among these groups on happiness levels stemming from current social policy applications. In this study, we analyse various actors’ happiness levels and their satisfaction with important social policies including education, social security, healthcare, housing, social services, and social- cultural activities.
